CHANGE THE GUARD

Accepting, Learning and willing to change approach, will100% not only guarantee success, but also shows u the way how to move ahead.

Will start with a story of one of the most aggressive and destroying bastman in India cricketing history we all know it's *Virendra sehwag*

No doubt he was aggressive but in early days he faced difficulties in facing off side ball and we any one have noticed in every 4-5 innings he used to bowled or caught in slip or by wicket keeper, and this was really annoying and creating frustration no doubt he has capabilities but yet facing problems due to in consistency, now what to do ????

It was a big problem and need to find a solution along with where to get it from, and everyone was aware off his weakness.

Then one day Legendary sunil Gavaskar ji help him out with the solution.

He said hey Sehwag you are good enough in your batting, aggression u have is amazing, u have the capabilities to turn out odds you can change the result, you can play a large innings, you can be match winner and u can hit the century on the same pitch were u have been out for zero or lesser run, buy only one thing u need to do is to *"Change the Guard and cover off stump"*

In initial stage sehwag used to take middle n leg ka guard, and after advice from sunil ji he shifted to take off and middle ka guard.

Now sehwag accepted it, learned it, changed it and then we have seen many long innings.

Dear friends like wise we have Knowledge, we are financially sound, we have odds to turned around, we have that capabilities, we have everything, but still we failed why....It's nothing but the guard *"which you can't see and others can,"*

You have to change that guard, by taking a good advice from a mentor, when we have a mentor we will get a really a good guidance.

Just do one excerise today whenever u get the time.

Just write in down these things on peace of paper.

Were were you 5years back.

What is the difference since beginning and now.

How much time u invested in your business.

How time you productively devoted to your business.

How many times u got rejected.

How many times u got objectived.

How many times u went on to win.

How many time u won the heart.

How many times u being for a holiday.

How much time did u spent with your family.

How much time did u spent with your friends.

How much time did u spent with your colleagues.

How much time did u spent with your employee.

How much time did u spent on your self.

Whenever u get the time, please write it down u will get a good observation.

For today that's it's

Accept your weakness.

Learn to overcome on it.

Change to do both the above mentioned things.

You will be a role model for every one....AHA!!!!
